Logo Issue

My logo is showing up as a caution sign. Micaela is not getting back to me, so I am forced to just go back to a blogger design. Comment if you think I should change it. Hope you all understand.

The AG For Everyone Message Board!

I am super excited because of this awesome website called Padlet! It is completely safe, secure and awesome! You can put anything up there anonymously. The best part is, it's free! I started a bulletin board where all of you can add your thoughts. Just click *here* or the button on the sidebar under the search bar. Hope you like it!

PS: You don't need to sign up for a Padlet account.

Green Eyes, Blonde Haired Dollies :)

I love AG's combination of green eyes and blonde hair! Three of my favorite dollies share that combo!

The first is my favorite. My very own Miss Belle Palmer!
She is so cute! Naturally she had to be mine :)

In this image you can see her hazel/green eyes better.

The next one is Lanie. You may think they look like twins but the biggest difference is the hair. Lanie's is extremely curly and she has a side bang. I tried to curl Belle's hair but it failed :) Plus, Belle has no bangs. Another difference is the eyes. Lanie's eyes are more yellowish than Belle's. And, Lanie's face is chubbier than Belle's.

The last is MAG #21. She looks more like Lanie, though her face mold is the same as Belle's and Lanie's.

Hoped you liked these slightly-creepy dolly head shots!

The Sunshine Award!

A big thank you to Emily from American Girls And Me and Ginny and June from Small Town American Girlz for awarding me! Anyway, sorry this is so late. Let's begin!

First, the rules:
1. State five facts about yourself.
2. Answer the five questions.
3. Create five more questions and nominate more bloggers.

Here are five facts about me:

1: I made states in swimming for CT

2: I hated dolls before 2013

3: My favorite color is green

4: I'm bilingual

5: I love Magnum ice-cream

Now for the questions from Emily:

1. What's the difference between pink and fuschia?

I think the only difference is the hue. Fuchsia looks more like purple than pink.

2. What is your favorite little kid show?

I would have to say The Thundermans.

3.Who would be your dream guest at a birthday party?

Marina from Marina and the Diamonds! Or Claire Donahue the Olympic swimmer (She likes my pants OMG!)

4. Do you take a language? If so, which? If not, which would you like to take?

I take Spanish and I also speak fluent Bengali at home.

5. If you got any American Girl Doll, which one would you want?

SAMANTHA!!!!!!!

Thanks again Emily!!!!

Here are Ginny and June's questions:
1. What's your favorite sport?

Swimming or Tennis, I can't decide!

2. Do you play an instrument?

Oh yeah! I rock on the drums! (If AG sold a drum set, I would be the first to get it)

3. If you were to go back in time, what time would you go to?

The early 1700s! I just want to go to a place where there was no pollution.

4. What's your favorite candy?

I'm a Kit-Kat kind of girl!

5. What's your favorite book?

Skippyjon Jones all the way!

Now here are my questions to you!

1: Who is your favorite GOTY?

2: Pink or Green?

3: What do you think GOTY 2015 should look like?

4: Which doll do you want next?

5: Thoughts on BeForever?

I nominate:

Maddie from DollsOnMyMind

Shelby Grace from Oh My Dollies

Micaela from It's Just Me, Micaela

Congrats you guys!

A Peek At My Christmas Wish-List!

Hey Everyone! In the survey I asked you guys to take (Improve AG For Everyone) someone said to post more wish lists. So here's a wish list!

  • Samantha doll (Of Course)

  • Happy Holiday Dress

  • Prancing Horse and the Pretty City Carriage

  • Shirt from Activate Apparel. (I like the “I’m not strong for a girl, I’m just strong.” t-shirt and I also like the “I flexed and the sleeves fell off.” one too)

  • AG gift card so I can go to the AG store on January 1st. (I want to get the new GOTY’s free t-shirt they give out)

  • Samantha's Frilly Frock

Hope you liked my wish list! What's on yours?

PS: If you gave me an award, I will post that in my next post. Sorry, it's really late!

AG New Releases!

Sorry this post is so late. I didn't have much time to post this on the day it came out. So here it is now! Pics Cred: Living A Doll's Life Also, I'll be putting my two-bits on the items. (I feel a rant coming on)

Okay, don't get me wrong. I love this carriage and horse. I am asking for it on my Christmas wish list. But $275 for just the carriage and an extra $98 dollars for the horse? Unreal!

I love this horse! But the price, not so much.

Okay. One word: OVERPRICED! But cute.

$44 for a jewelry box with no actual jewelry?? No way is that coming home with me. Such a rip-off!

Okay. American Girl's new release has finally made me (sort-of) happy. This outfit looks like it was made for my dolls! I could live with spending $36 for this AWESOME outfit!

So. Elegant.

I like this dress a lot. But the Happy Holiday Dress (the blue one) stole my heart. (and the show!)

Okay. American Girl has once again disappointed me. $32 dollars for accessories I could make? Sorry, this is just another rip-off.

One word: CUTE, CUTE, CUTE! But I'm still not spending $32 dollars for a jacket, candy, a bracelet and fake perfume.

So, my thoughts on the new release?
That blue dress is the bomb!

 More New Holiday Releases Here

What are your favorites?
Any items on your wish list??
I know I want the Happy Holiday Dress and the Carriage/Pony!

AG Fan Meet-Up Day 2014

Well, sorry this is late but I met some really awesome AG fans that I had actually never known liked AG! I had never liked this girl, but we bonded over dolls. That just proves that dolls are for everyone. Hope you had a great day!

PS: I'm going to have a new signature. My real name means Dawn in Sanskrit and since my mom's name is Dawn, I'm going to be DJ sometimes when I'm feeling lazy since it's quicker to write. Don't be confuzzled, it's still me.

PPS: I'll come up with a better signature. This'll do for now.

I'm Back!

Hey everyone! I'm back! I'm hoping to work on a new Sarah Sockett episode soon, but first this really awesome story caught my attention. It's called the Seven Chairs and it's part of the mysterious Harris Burdick collection. I'm sure if you look him up you'll find the story pretty quickly. Anyway, since they never found the stories (they only found the illustrations) many famous authors tried to come up with their own ideas of how the story went. Lois Lowry (Author The Giver, Number The Stars and many other awesome books) wrote the Seven Chairs. Hope you like the stop motion when it comes out!

PS: Here's the illustration that went with the Seven Chairs:

"The fifth one ended up in France."
